Governance focused on scheme onboarding, participant certification, and operational rules to manage clearing and settlement. The rollout onboarded over one million accounts in its first year after go-live, rapidly increasing real-time payments adoption across Kuwait, illustrating ACI Digital Central Infrastructure driving national payments scheme orchestration and participant scale.
