SAP Business One provided a single financial record for vendor and customer transaction review and for coordination of working capital activities managed with banks and NBFCs. Governance changes accompanied the technical rollout, with the Financial Controller instituting SOPs for internal controls and enterprise risk management, and owning the rollout, vendor negotiations, and audit coordination. The program also embedded processes for supporting Big Four audit cycles and for ongoing statutory compliance management. The SAP Business One implementation and GST localization supported smoother audit completion and centralized statutory accounting responsibilities including GST and FDI related filings, while also creating a standardized monthly financial close and MIS reporting framework across entities.

Governance changes included revised TA processes, formalized recruitment-marketing workflows, and expanded talent engagement practices such as pulse checks, skip-levels, and health and wellness programming to support retention and employer brand goals. The implementation and process shift were credited with a drastic improvement in the quality and quantity of applicants and supported a larger objective of positioning Knowlarity Communications as a more loved employer.
