Governance was organized around a joint core team and Capgemini collaboration, with defined roles for data ownership, testing, and go live coordination, and with migration oversight to manage risks in accounting cutover. Process restructuring focused on workflow alignment for month end close, intercompany accounting, and financial controls to fit the ERP Financial model implemented by SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
