| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Kramp began an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation to consolidate core finance and shared services capabilities. Oracle Cloud ERP serves as the targeted application for ERP Financial processes across control, accounting and centralized finance operations.
The implementation included configuration of core financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, aligned with Activity based Costing and Rolling Forecasting capabilities. Kramp implemented Activity based Costing to enable profitability analysis at product and customer level, and implemented Rolling Forecasting and variance analysis to drive actionable business insights.
Operational scope for the Oracle Cloud ERP rollout covered finance control and shared services spanning approximately 140 FTE organized across 12 countries with a 10 million euro budget. The International Finance Director acted as Business Owner for the ERP implementation and was accountable for control, accounting and shared services governance.
Governance and process transformation were driven by the finance transformation program Blueprint, which defined roles, responsibilities, reporting lines and processes, with execution starting in 2022. Functional strategy development for the ERP program was conducted as part of Strategy2025, including periodic priority setting, resource allocation and implementation monitoring.
Explicit objectives for the Oracle Cloud ERP program included increasing business impact, improving process efficiency, strengthening compliance and raising employee satisfaction. Activity based Costing is documented as delivering significant bottom line impact, and Rolling Forecasting plus variance analysis are described as providing more actionable financial insight.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Kramp Groep B.V. deployed Workday HCM as its Core HR platform, consolidating five disparate HR applications into a single global system within eight months. The deployment established Workday HCM as the primary source of HR data and real-time insight across the organisation, supporting Kramp’s move to a digitally-minded, people-driven operating model.
Workday HCM configuration emphasized Core HR records, self-service transactions, built-in analytics and the Workday business process framework, using preconfigured business processes to accelerate professionalisation of HR workflows. The implementation prioritized intuitive user experience and low maintenance, enabling small configuration changes without external consultants and providing talent and engagement visibility needed for workforce development and recruitment.
Operational coverage extended across Kramp’s European footprint, delivering a single HR system for active countries and supporting scalability as Kramp acquires or opens new sites. The deployment leveraged Workday Power of One principles and Workday Community engagements to align processes, drive consistency and identify further process improvements, while integration capabilities were positioned to simplify onboarding of new entities.
Governance and process transformation shifted HR from an executional function to a strategic business partner, with role based access to insights for security and targeted decision making. The organisation reported that scalability reduced the need to expand HR headcount as transactional work moved to self-service, and Kramp signalled continued adoption of additional Workday capabilities as part of a longer term HR modernization roadmap.

| ISAH Business software | Legacy | ISAH ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Kramp implemented ISAH ERP to centrally support its manufacturing and assembly operations across the group. Kramp Groep operates from its head office in Varsseveld, runs 11 distribution centres and 24 sales offices across Europe, and maintains an internal business unit that combines, assembles and produces components such as cylinders, custom gears and hydraulic hose sets.
ISAH ERP was configured to address Manufacturing ERP requirements, with a focus on production and assembly workflows, bill of materials management, inventory and order management, and shop floor control to support engineering product production. Configuration emphasized transparent process flows and automated production routing so that assembly and manufacturing sequences, material reservations and lead time calculation feed directly into order handling and quotation preparation.
The implementation included integration points with Kramp's webshop product configurator and other internal systems so that stock status, production lead times and pricing are surfaced in customer quotes and online offers. The deployment covers the manufacturing business unit alongside distribution and sales operations, enabling synchronized inventory visibility across distribution centres and the ecommerce and sales channels.
Governance and process changes were aligned with Kramp's Smart Industry objectives, prioritizing automation and digitalisation to make delivery times and prices more predictable. Kramp reported that ISAH ERP increased process transparency and scalability for future manufacturing volumes, and the organisation planned go live early the following year.
