The Greenhouse ATS deployment hosted job postings on Kreditech's careers pages and captured candidate applications through embedded application forms. In 2017, Kreditech implemented LucaNet ementexx as a centrally hosted payment and banking solution. The deployment consolidated multiple PSPs and bank integrations across its international subsidiaries, improving reconciliation and enabling SEPA payments and mandate management.

As a Digital Banking application the deployment emphasized centralized hosting, standardized payment workflows and consolidated bank statement ingestion to support reconciliation.
Rollout governance established centralized payment operation controls and mandate lifecycle management to standardize approval and reconciliation procedures across sites. The rapid three month rollout in Germany reflected a focused scope and accelerated implementation cadence for Kreditech's finance and payments functions.
