In 2016, Krung Thai Bank implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance and accounting processes. The deployment focused on the Oracle General Ledger R12 instance as the core financial engine supporting daily operations, monthly close cycles and year end accounting processes.
Configuration and functional work concentrated on General Ledger capabilities, development of accounting rules for automated journal entry to support IFRS9, and implementation of tax calculation programs and tax reports within Oracle E-Business Suite. Technical deliverables included PL/SQL development, use of Oracle development tools and XML Publisher to modify reports, correct coding errors and upgrade reporting interfaces.
Existing reports and integrations were revised and interfaces upgraded to improve interoperability and overall performance between the Oracle E-Business Suite instance and surrounding systems. Operational coverage targeted finance and accounting teams with close collaboration with key users in Bangkok to capture business requirements, resolve issues and prioritize enhancements.
Governance activities were led through an Oracle application ownership model that consulted users on priorities, complexities and impacts to produce time and cost estimates, and that sequenced configuration and reporting changes through controlled releases. In 2014, Krung Thai Bank implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM as its Core HR platform to support enterprise HR operations across the organization. The deployment used PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 to establish a centralized HRMS footprint for HR, line managers, and business units covering employee lifecycle processes for a workforce of roughly 16,421 employees.
Configuration work included Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, HRMS administration, a workforce data model and ongoing data cleansing routines, time and attendance capture, internal transfer workflows, performance management and promotion data support, exit interview processing, and analytic reporting with HR dashboards. Project teams conducted feasibility studies for both standard and customized functions, produced HRMS user story documentation, and supported software QA by creating test cases and participating in system testing for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
Operational coverage extended to HR operations and business unit users who received data support for promotions, transfers and internal audit needs, alongside the creation of HRMS admin accounts and user manuals. The implementation involved coordination with IT technical teams and business analysts to align HRMS workflows, testing, and reporting outputs such as turnover rate, staff vacancy rate, personal expense tracking, and performance ranking dashboards.
Governance and process changes emphasized data structure design and data governance to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, training programs for new employees on HRMS functions, supervision of day to day HRMS operations including data monitoring and cleansing, and troubleshooting and maintenance authorization for administrators and end users. The program also launched an internal paperless initiative across HR processes to reduce reliance on paper based procedures and to standardize HR service delivery.

The engagement focused on applying BPM capabilities to surface task-driven work for bank staff and to centralize task hierarchy within the organizational model.
The implementation integrated coach views and REST APIs to deliver coach based user interfaces, orchestrated process flows, and task management capabilities. A Portal Admin Console was developed to externalize task hierarchy configuration, enabling administrators to restructure task routing and organizational task visibility without code changes, while the solution used process models and service orchestration typical of a Business Process Management deployment.
Princeton Blue Inc provided project management and lead development resources, with a project window from October 2013 to December 2013 and onsite coordination in Malden, MA. Delivery included resource onboarding and scrum based development governance, and the portal incorporated the organization task hierarchy so users could be more accurate and targeted in fulfilling daily tasks.
