Operational responsibility sits with the finance and accounting function at the Zurich kitchen retail business, and the system has been in continuous use to support monthly accounting and annual close processes. Abacus Business Solutions has been the implementation and support partner since 2019, providing ongoing configuration support and updates.
The long-term Abacus Financial Accounting deployment enabled 100% digital processing of invoices and accounting documents and simplified collaboration with the external trustee during annual closing, delivering reported improvements in finance efficiency.
