In 2025, KYN implemented RLDatix Optima as its Workforce Scheduling platform. KYN operates luxury residential care homes focused on person centred care, and the deployment was initiated as part of a strategic workforce review to strengthen rostering and shift coordination across its care sites.
The implementation configured automated, rules based roster generation to enforce compliance and support fair shift allocation, and it deployed real time dashboards to replace manual tracking and enable responsive coordination. RLDatix Optima was configured with the Loop staff mobile functionality so caregivers and operational staff can manage shifts and availability directly, improving staff engagement and schedule flexibility.
Integrations were implemented between RLDatix Optima and KYN’s HR, payroll, and time and attendance systems to remove duplication and streamline data flows for payroll reconciliation and attendance tracking. Operational coverage focuses on care delivery functions, rostering managers, and front line teams responsible for resident care and daily shift fulfilment.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with revised roster rules, compliance checkpoints, and manager level dashboards to support operational oversight and rules based scheduling. The stated outcomes for the RLDatix Optima Workforce Scheduling implementation include smarter scheduling, live visibility, reduced agency reliance, and improved staff engagement through the Loop app.
