Upkeep Legacy Upkeep Platform Enterprise Asset Management, Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Layfield Group implemented the Upkeep Platform, an Enterprise Asset Management,Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) solution across its Canadian manufacturing operations. The rollout targeted maintenance and operations teams at multiple manufacturing sites and replaced paper-based work orders with a centralized digital work order system. Configuration and functional scope emphasized mobile work order management, inventory visibility with searchable parts locations, preventive maintenance scheduling, and consolidated asset history capture. The Upkeep Platform was configured so technicians could open, update and close work orders on mobile devices and perform faster parts lookup against site inventories. Operational governance standardized work order workflows and enforced parts tracking to enable a shift from reactive to preventative maintenance. Layfield Group used the Upkeep Platform to align Enterprise Asset Management,Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities with its maintenance and operations business function, and technicians accessing asset histories and parts locations on mobile devices produced measurable reductions in downtime and administrative effort.
