Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2017 2018
In 2017, Learning Care Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial solution, providing implementation and ongoing support for Oracle ERP Cloud finance applications. The deployment focused on corporate finance processes and accounted for Oracle Cloud ERP application lifecycle activities including requirements gathering and continuous evaluation of new Financial modules and releases. The implementation covered core finance modules, with an implementation workbook created and maintained for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Tax Cloud and Cash Management. The project team developed test scenarios and test scripts to facilitate integrated testing across these modules, and coordinated development of reports, interfaces, and data conversion programs to support end-to-end financial workflows. Integration architecture used an Oracle Integration Cloud Services pattern to resolve cross-functional integration needs, with integrations developed, deployed and monitored for runtime health using diagnostic logs. The team interacted with technical and development professionals to design and support required customizations, interfaces and application extensions, and worked with Oracle Support on service requests, follow-ups and deployment of workaround solutions. Governance and rollout activities involved Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze and gather business requirements, and included creation and maintenance of system and application documentation such as requirements, processes and procedures. End user enablement included OTBI report development training and BI Publisher template development and deployment, and the project completed a formal handoff to the applications support group for post-implementation operations.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 Learning Care Group implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to address Core HR requirements across its early childhood education operations. The company positioned Oracle Cloud HCM as the strategic platform to support its long term vision and growth, citing the vendor infrastructure, cost effectiveness, and the need to accelerate day to day HR processes for a workforce composed largely of teachers and daycare professionals. The implementation focused on Core HR capabilities including centralized employee records, workforce lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and HR service delivery concepts consistent with the category. Configuration leveraged iterative product development and design thinking, with an emphasis on employee experience, measurable program level guiding principles, and process automation to reduce manual HR tasks. Operational coverage tied corporate HR with center level staffing and field workforce personnel, unifying employee data for corporate and site level activities across the United States. Deloitte Consulting supported the rollout and implementation activities, and the deployment architecture emphasized a cloud native Oracle Cloud HCM instance as the single source of HR truth for the organization. Governance was led by CHRO Judy Fimiani and a cross section of employees who contributed input during planning, shaping program level principles and measurable metrics. The project used an iterative product development framework and a sustainable implementation strategy designed to prioritize a differentiated employee experience. Learning Care Group described the move to Oracle Cloud HCM as delivering cost effectiveness and acceleration of day to day processes while embedding employee driven design into ongoing HR operations.
