In 2014 Legacy Health upgraded its Infor Lawson Talent Management environment, moving Lawson 10 on premise to Lawson 11 cloud. The upgrade and ongoing administration centered on the Infor Lawson Talent Management application within the Talent Management category, with system administration oversight tied directly to HR and payroll functional projects.
Configuration work encompassed core human capital and talent modules, including HR, Payroll Benefits, Absence Management, GHR, Talent Management Landmark and self service modules. Infor Lawson Talent Management was configured to support talent workflows, payroll and benefits processing, absence tracking and employee self service, with scripted scenarios developed to validate module configurations and transactional workflows.
The engagement produced integrated test scenarios and scripts for Lawson S3, Mobile Supply Chain and Contract Management to validate cross functional process continuity and system behavior under upgrade conditions. Operational coverage emphasized HR and payroll domains across Legacy Health, with the Infor Lawson system administrator responsible for environment management, release coordination and ongoing application support for HR PR projects.
Governance activities included development of integrated test scripts, coordinated change control for HR and payroll implementations, and centralized administration of upgrades and new technology on the platform. The program successfully completed the Lawson 10 to 11 upgrade and sustained administrative ownership for subsequent implementations, upgrades and platform extensions of Infor Lawson Talent Management.

In 2014, Legacy Health implemented Microsoft Power BI as its enterprise Analytics and BI platform and initiated a large scale Power BI Premium rollout for organization wide reporting. The deployment emphasized centralized semantic modeling and mobile access controls developed in collaboration with Microsoft, aligning Power BI adoption with existing clinical and operational data flows.
The implementation converted an existing Business Objects environment that used universes into a Microsoft centric stack, leveraging SSAS Tabular and Multidimensional models, data marts, and layered warehouse semantics. The project expanded the Epic Caboodle data warehouse and ingested multiple external data sources to create a consolidated enterprise data warehouse, with explicit ETL and Data Model governance responsibilities assigned to the implementation team.
Architecturally the program moved analytical cubes from on premise multidimensional models to Azure based tabular models to serve Microsoft Power BI, and established a semantic layer designed to simplify self service reporting for end users. The rollout included mobile application management security controls for Power BI mobile and an enterprise roll out strategy developed jointly with Microsoft, reflecting a cloud centric analytics topology combined with governed on premise and hosted data sources.
Governance and adoption were structured through a formal BI Governance program and a three phase Power BI training curriculum covering development, consumption, and administration. The program organized multiple cross functional teams to prioritize new facts and dimensions for import, delivered training on both Microsoft Power BI and legacy Web Intelligence to over 150 end users, and maintained ongoing data warehouse ETL and model strategy to support governed self service reporting.

In 2021 Legacy Health deployed Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The rollout targeted core productivity and communication needs across an organization of approximately 14,000 employees, emphasizing secure email, real-time team communication, document collaboration, and desktop productivity workloads.
Microsoft 365 was configured to deliver standard Collaboration capabilities including enterprise email and calendaring, persistent team channels and meetings, cloud file stores and document libraries, and cloud-hosted Office applications. The implementation emphasized role-based access to shared resources, centralized document versioning, and collaboration controls to support cross-functional clinical, administrative, and support teams.
Operational integration focused on connecting Microsoft 365 to the health system’s corporate identity and single sign on framework, along with mobile device management and endpoint access controls to support clinicians and remote staff. The deployment covered user provisioning, mail routing and retention policies, Teams meeting and chat governance, and cloud file synchronization for distributed sites within the health system.
Governance and process changes were led by IT and compliance functions to align Collaboration usage with healthcare regulatory and data protection requirements, instituting information protection labels, access controls, and training for standard collaboration workflows. Microsoft 365 remains the central Collaboration application for internal communication and document collaboration at Legacy Health.
