In 2018, Lenard's implemented Sybiz Vision as its ERP Financial system to centralize accounting and manufacturing finance capabilities across the business. The implementation targeted the company finance function for a 300 employee Australian retailer, extending functionality to manufacturing operations and the franchise channel to support consolidated financial reporting and operational finance needs.
Sybiz Vision was configured to deliver core ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management and manufacturing cost accounting, together with cash management, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting. The deployment included business intelligence and dashboarding workstreams to elevate operational finance, enabling production of the full suite of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for single entities and consolidated group reporting.
Operational coverage for Sybiz Vision centered on Lenard's Accounts Department and manufacturing sites, with explicit support for franchise billing and chargeback workflows, physical inventory controls and supply chain cost tracking as described in the finance role requirements. The system architecture supported day to day financial activities, cash position management and working capital monitoring, with finance ownership over process automation and systems-driven controls.
Governance was organized around the accounting function, with the Accounting Manager responsible for building infrastructure, policies and operations for finance, driving strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and timely management reporting. Sybiz Vision was positioned as the transactional and reporting backbone to enable finance to partner with sales and marketing on revenue analytics and to assist auditors in review processes for franchise marketing funds.
