In 2019, Leon deployed Cloudim Chat on its public website. Cloudim Chat is a Chatbots and Conversational AI application implemented as an embedded web chat widget to manage front-end customer interactions and automate routine inquiry handling.
The deployment uses Cloudim Chat standard functional modules including conversational flow scripting, FAQ content management, session routing and escalation capabilities, and a cloud-hosted administration console for configuration.
