Sterling Talent Solutions Legacy Sterling Background Check BackGround Screening HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Levi, Ray and Shoup, Inc. implemented Sterling Background Check to support recruiting and onboarding workflows. The Sterling Background Check deployment addressed BackGround Screening requirements within HR and staffing operations and was embedded into the onboarding processes managed by the Senior Office Administrator and the recruiting team. Configuration focused on background and drug screening workflows, employment and education verifications, candidate record management, and onboarding triggered screening automation. Sterling Background Check was used to capture screening outcomes and link those results to hiring checklists and HR paperwork completion, enabling account executives and recruiters to progress candidates through standard onboarding milestones. Governance centralized screening and onboarding accountability with the Senior Office Administrator who supervised a staff of account executives and recruiters and enforced verification checkpoints. Processes were restructured to require completion of employment and education verifications and drug and background clearances before new hire billing information was entered, while finance workflows included receivables monitoring to keep payments within 60 to 90 days.
