The combined Oracle Cloud ERP and EPBCS footprint was positioned to cover transactional finance, statutory close, and enterprise planning processes within LifeLabs finance, with system administration, configuration management, and process ownership formalized under the finance systems function. Governance activities emphasized application administration, module support, and planning system integration, with documented ownership shifting to a Manager Financial Systems and Process during the latter part of 2021. Oracle Cloud ERP remained the primary financial application platform for LifeLabs, supporting both transactional finance and enterprise planning capabilities.

Configuration and functional modules included Goal Alignment, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking and Salary Administration, with implementation workstreams that harmonized employee terms and conditions as two organizations were integrated into the LifeLabs structure in less than a year. Implementation governance emphasized translating HR priorities into scope, formal project plans with timelines and milestones, resource identification, and a business case to secure budget and vendor commitment. LifeLabs managed key vendor relationships directly with implementation consultants and the SuccessFactors SAP provider to ensure requirements were met and delivered on time. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation was positioned to reduce HR administration in core HR programs and to establish an enterprise payroll and talent orchestration layer within LifeLabs HR and HR Ops workflows.

Governance and delivery emphasized documented requirements, iterative workshops, and modeled security controls to support controlled rollout to department managers. This engagement established LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI for HR and IT reporting and departmental SLA management.
