In 2023, Lights4Fun implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate ecommerce transactions and core finance operations. The implementation supported a UK retail eCommerce operator with 49 employees and aimed to align order processing with financial ledgers and reporting.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to provide core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, while also extending order management capabilities to capture Shopify sales flows. Configuration emphasis was on order-to-cash orchestration and invoice posting so that ecommerce order events feed directly into the ERP financial ledgers.
Celigo served as the SI VAR for the project and implemented integrations linking Shopify storefront data, Zendesk customer support activity, and Yotpo community content into NetSuite. These integrations enabled synchronized order, customer, and UGC context between ecommerce, customer service, marketing, and finance systems, with data flows designed to support transactional reconciliation and service agents referencing order histories.
Operational coverage centered on ecommerce, customer service, marketing, and finance teams with implementation activity coordinated from the Harrogate site. Rollout activities included integration-led cutover and staff enablement for customer advisors and finance users, with governance focused on aligning customer support workflows and marketing engagement processes to the new ERP Financial data model.
