Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Liquidnet and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 490 Liquidnet employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Liquidnet has purchased the following applications: IgniteTech Firm58 for Payment Processing in 2010, Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) for Analytics and BI in 2016, Cisco Webex Meetings for Audio Video and Web Conferencing in 2021 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Liquidnet is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with IgniteTech , Microsoft , Cisco Systems or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Liquidnet revenues, which have grown to $110.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Liquidnet intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

The implementation covered finance and operations teams across the United States, centralizing post-trade billing and commission reporting workflows. Integrations are inferred to include interfaces to post-trade systems such as trade capture, order management and accounting ledgers to feed transaction and fee data into IgniteTech Firm58, enabling automated fee calculation and profitability analytics for middle-office and finance functions.
Governance shifted toward centralized fee schedule management and CSA reconciliation with operational ownership in finance and middle-office teams, including role based access and audit trails for reporting and compliance. The public source does not enumerate rollout timelines or costs, the stated objective was to drive greater operational efficiency in billing and commission processes.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2016 | 2018 |
In 2016, Liquidnet implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) as its Analytics and BI platform to consolidate ETL, OLAP and reporting workloads into a SQL Server based data warehousing architecture. The engagement focused on migrating data for various source systems using SSIS and building reporting assets with SQL Server Reporting Services to support enterprise reporting and analytical queries.
The implementation delivered core Microsoft BI components, including SSIS packages for ETL, SSAS OLAP processing for multidimensional analysis, and SSRS for parameterized, drill down and drill through reporting. Development work included creation of database objects such as tables, stored procedures, triggers and functions in T-SQL, package configuration to make SSIS processes dynamic, and views to simplify end user access to curated data.
Integrations were executed against on-premise source systems, specifically Mainframe files and OLTP systems, with data staged into a DSR staging database and then loaded into the data warehouse. Operational automation used SQL Server Agent for scheduling SSIS packages and stored procedures, and Team Foundation Server for version control and storing staged data versions. The runtime environment listed MS SQL Server 2016 and 2014 Enterprise Edition, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, OLAP, Visual Studio, T-SQL and SQL Server Profiler.
Governance and delivery practices included close collaboration with the Project Manager and Business Analyst for requirements, working with a data modeling support team on tool features and maintenance, and documenting all stored procedures, SSIS packages and SSRS reports developed. Operational hardening activities included adding audits and alerts for package failures, performance monitoring and tuning of T-SQL using SQL Profiler and Database Engine Tuning Advisor, and index creation to improve query performance.
Testing and rollout practices were explicitly recorded, with all tasks tested in staging and all versions of staged data retained in Team Foundation Server. Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) was therefore positioned as the central Analytics and BI solution supporting Liquidnet's data warehouse, ETL, OLAP and enterprise reporting functions.

In 2021, Liquidnet deployed Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution on the company website. The implementation embedded Cisco Webex Meetings to provide browser access for external clients and internal teams, delivering standard capabilities such as HD audio and video, screen sharing, meeting recording, and scheduled meeting links. This alignment positioned Cisco Webex Meetings to support both client facing engagement and internal collaboration workflows.
Architecturally the deployment used Webex Meetings cloud services surfaced through web widgets and direct meeting links on Liquidnet's site, enabling participants to join without separate desktop installations. Operational scope emphasized meeting configuration, centralized access controls, and consistent scheduling templates to streamline meeting administration across business functions including client relations, sales, and corporate communications. Governance focused on standardizing meeting templates and access policies to maintain a consistent conferencing experience across web based touchpoints.
