Operationally the deployment centers on HR and recruitment workflows while extending into learning and development and performance management functions, with governance oriented toward staged self service enablement and centralized HR information access. Governance and operationalization emphasized day to day system administration, user support, training and documentation for staff, plus account and permissions management for Libraries SharePoint team sites. Technical input from the analytics function supported process improvements within library workflows, while routine liaison with IT Services addressed server and hardware issues and ensured continuity of reporting and access.
