Governance and operational ownership were organized through a SuccessFactors Product Owner, the Core Products team and the HR Operational Excellence team, with a SuccessFactors Application Analyst role responsible for configuration documentation, solution advice and technical support. Teams were structured to translate complex HR requirements into standard SuccessFactors configuration, and to communicate technical designs to non technical HR audiences. Objectives emphasized delivering an improved colleague experience for compensation processes and providing sustained technical support for annual performance and compensation cycles, while maintaining configuration documentation and release assessments to keep the Compensation Management capability current and governed.

The HR Business Intelligence lead role emphasized stakeholder engagement, detailed analysis to identify trends and risks, and ownership of process documentation and programme governance to ensure consistent delivery of Microsoft Power BI based HR analytics.
