In 2014, LogMeIn implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment established an end to end Procure to Pay system and process under the ERP Financial category, focused on standardizing procurement and accounts payable workflows across the company.
The implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP covered creation of requisitions, purchase orders, the receipt process, invoice processing and payment execution. Workflows were configured to manage approval routings for requisitions and invoices, and the deployment included NetSuite ACH Payment Functionality, Pre-paid Amortization Templates and Inter-company Journal Entries to support financial accounting and payment operations.
Administration and operational ownership were established with a NetSuite Administrator for the ERP system, alongside a Workday Administrator for HR and a Nexonia Administrator for expense reporting. The system is used worldwide by over 80 employees within Finance, Marketing and IT, positioning the implementation to support procurement, accounts payable, payments processing and core accounting functions.
Governance and process controls were embedded using approval workflows and automation that helped to automate SOX controls and increase the efficiency of both the business and accounting team. The narrative focuses on configuration of ERP Financial capabilities, workflow-driven control, and centralized ERP administration without reference to specific implementation partners.

In 2018, LogMeIn implemented Workday Benefits as part of a Benefits Administration deployment to centralize benefits configuration and employee enrollment within its HRIS landscape. The Workday Benefits implementation was executed alongside broader Workday HCM components including Core HR, Compensation, Time and Labor, Performance Management, Advanced Compensation and Payroll, establishing the functional context for benefits lifecycle and eligibility processing.
Workday Benefits configuration work included creating health care coverage targets, enrollment events, eligibility rules, benefit groups, benefits plans and COBRA coverage management. The implementation also addressed related HCM configurations such as compensation packages, grades, grade profiles and calculated fields, and produced custom reports on Advanced Compensation to support benefits related decision making.
Technical integration and data orchestration relied on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Studio integrations, with XSLT transformations applied where required. Integrations explicitly connected Workday to ICIMS, NetSuite, Nexonia, ADP and Salesforce using SOAP, JSON and REST APIs, and included both inbound and outbound EIBs, custom connectors for job profiles, employee changes, locations and new hires, and security groups scoped for benefits and payroll integrations.
Program governance encompassed requirements gathering, statement of work preparation, vendor enhancement roadmapping and acting as the benefits team point of contact for employee issues and troubleshooting. Quality assurance and rollout controls included preparing System Test Plans and Test Strategy documents, authoring Test Scenarios and Test Cases across Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Performance Management and Advanced Compensation, executing unit and integration testing and managing implementation tickets through JIRA.

In 2016, LogMeIn deployed DataRobot Cloud as its ML and Data Science Platforms solution to accelerate model development and signal discovery. DataRobot Cloud was provisioned on Amazon Web Services, providing a rapid prototyping environment accessible to data practitioners.
Implementation centered on DataRobot Cloud auto-modeling and model evaluation capabilities, enabling automated model generation with fine-tuned adjustments and comparative model scoring for model selection. DataRobot Cloud's high-quality model evaluation tools were used to understand which models performed best, supporting iterative experimentation and faster model iteration cycles.
The deployment was used to identify signals across multiple data sets including Net Promoter Scores NPS, customer engagement metrics, product usage telemetry, user onboarding data, and trial activity, positioning DataRobot Cloud as the analytics layer for customer and product analytics workflows. This scope shows LogMeIn leveraged DataRobot Cloud for predictive analytics and signal discovery across cross-functional data sources.
LogMeIn leadership characterized the solution as differentiated, with Greenhut stating "DataRobot does something different from other tools, it offers a high-quality auto-modeling tool that creates amazing models with fine-tuned adjustments in a matter of minutes, and not only that, it offers really high quality model evaluation tools." Governance and rollout emphasized rapid prototyping on AWS and embedding model evaluation into analytics workflows.
