The rollout centralized telephony and connectivity under Bell Total Connect while consolidating Bell-managed fibre Internet service for 24 Ontario restaurants, aligning network and communications ownership with a single vendor.
The Bell Total Connect implementation emphasized hosted PBX, VoIP calling and conferencing capabilities consistent with the Audio Video and Web Conferencing,PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category, configured to support point of sale voice flows, staff coordination, and front of house customer interactions. Configuration work focused on reliability and availability for voice and conferencing services, with provisioning across site routers and on-premises handsets where applicable.
Integrations were centered on operational workflows, the deployment supporting online ordering and delivery integration to improve order reliability and delivery coordination. Operational scope was explicitly restaurant operations in Ontario, covering both customer-facing ordering channels and back of house communications for kitchen and management staff.
