In 2017, LOreal Mexico deployed the Sociabble Platform to address Employee Engagement, embedding the Sociabble Platform on its corporate website to centralize employee communication and advocacy channels. The implementation targeted LOreal Mexico operations and its workforce of approximately 3200 employees in Mexico within the consumer packaged goods business unit.
Configuration emphasized content curation and social publishing capabilities, employee advocacy workflows, engagement analytics and gamification features that are typical of Employee Engagement platforms. The deployment surfaced curated corporate news and approved social content, enabling communications and HR functions to drive consistent internal messaging and external brand advocacy through employee networks.
The Sociabble Platform was integrated into the company website as the primary access point for employees to view curated feeds and advocacy tools. Operational coverage focused on internal communications, HR and brand advocacy, with content streams organized to reflect business function priorities and audience targeting on the site.
Governance included establishment of editorial workflows, role based administration and content approval processes to ensure brand compliance and controlled social sharing. The implementation positioned the Sociabble Platform as a centralized Employee Engagement layer on LOreal Mexico’s website, supporting ongoing content governance and engagement monitoring.
