The board selected Venistar and the FashionAble Retail collaborative platform to create an integrated backbone capable of orchestrating omnichannel retail operations across the organization.
The deployment used a multi layer architecture that integrated store operations with head office processes and manufacturing, enabling end to end omnichannel workflows and centralized data flows. Governance for the rollout was structured around a steering committee, program managers, a PMO, project managers, a system integrator and each company key user group, who managed configuration, testing and knowledge transfer. The implementation targeted business functions including retail operations, merchandising and customer experience to ensure operational alignment between stores and the head office.
FashionAble Retail introduced a cultural approach to orchestrate digital strategies and improve the omnichannel experience of the brand by interpreting client behavior and creating a more engaging shopping experience.
