Governance and program management responsibilities were formalized to align LVA initiatives with global strategy, including roadmap definition, value committee arbitration for new initiatives, and upkeep of the LVA application scope landscape. The role encompassed creation and maintenance of project plans, preparation and coordination of user acceptance testing scenarios with business key users, enforcement of application security policy for the finance scope, and planning of a multi tiered support model to meet agreed service level objectives.

Workflows formalized engagement points with Loss Prevention and Legal, and created repeatable action plans for investigating fraud rings and disputing chargebacks using documentation sourced through LexisNexis Accurint.
