Payroll configuration and support encompassed the upgrade path from Cegid FRH to Cegid RHPI and control of payroll related interfaces.
Interfaces and integrations were actively monitored, including payroll, GTA and HRIS links, with Filezilla used for file transfer verification when necessary. Operational support served as first level contact for HR teams at head office and in the regions and for the payroll department, handling ticket creation and lifecycle management for HRIS support while producing regular reports on recruitment and training performance campaigns.
