Interfaces and integrations were actively monitored, including payroll, GTA and HRIS links, with Filezilla used for file transfer verification when necessary. Operational support served as first level contact for HR teams at head office and in the regions and for the payroll department, handling ticket creation and lifecycle management for HRIS support while producing regular reports on recruitment and training performance campaigns. Governance and rollout activities included face to face and remote user training in French and English, authoring practical guidance sheets of good reflexes for HRIS tools, and enriching training and communication materials to support change management. The program participated in functional and operational testing cycles, project and steering committees, and provided assistance during the Bodet version upgrade for GTA and modulation as well as during payroll software version upgrades.
