| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, LPP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR solution. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to serve LPP S.A.s centralized HRIS for personnel administration and manager and employee self service workflows, with explicit use of the SuccessFactors Cloud Platform for MSS and ESS access.
The implementation included configuration and functional deployment of SAP HCM modules tied to the Core HR footprint, specifically HR-TE Time Evaluation, HR-PA Personnel Administration, HR-TM Time Management, HR-OM Organizational Management, PY Payroll, and Reporting. The program encompassed custom development work, notably an eTime Working Time Management application built on SAPUI5, and responsibility for bespoke extensions and reporting logic was retained within the implementation team.
Integration scope included interfacing the SuccessFactors Cloud Platform with the on premise SAP GUI landscape to enable end to end HR processes across the combined environments. Operational coverage explicitly referenced 14,000 employees on the integrated MSS and ESS workflows, aligning employee and manager access with backend HR transactional modules and payroll processing.
Governance and delivery were driven by an internal SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation product owner model, with documented architecture, design standards, and oversight over the full project cycle to balance business, technical, and functional requirements. The eTime application was described as a significant change to time planning in SAP solutions, reflecting the project emphasis on process redesign and custom UI development using SAPUI5.
