In 2020, Lulu Frost implemented Zedonk ERP. Zedonk ERP, an ERP Financial application, was configured to serve core inventory, order management, and financial recordkeeping functions for the 25-person designer jewelry brand.
The deployment focused on SKU and style master data, inventory transactions, pick, pack and ship records, receiving and quality control workflows, and basic financial posting workflows aligned with order-to-cash and goods-receipt processes. The Operations Assistant is responsible for entering styles and maintaining inventory levels in Zedonk ERP, recording receiving and QC events, and supporting wholesale shipping and daily e-commerce fulfillment. Operational integration included using Shopify for inventory movement visibility alongside internal logs maintained by the Sales + Operations Lead and operations team, and governance emphasized role-based data entry, quarterly physical inventory counts, and QC checkpoints to maintain inventory accuracy.
