Operational integration drew on market intelligence sources that the company already used, the implementation leveraged inputs from CargoIS CASS, Seabury, World ACD, Flexport data feeds and Freightos to inform rate benchmarking and bid decisions. The deployment supported procurement and commercial workflows used by LX Pantos teams based in Seoul, South Korea, and centralized carrier space procurement and global airfreight bidding processes across pricing, sales and operations functions. Governance was established around standardized bidding workflows and pricing strategy enforcement, with in-house market intelligence materials used to tune rules and win competitive contracts. The project explicitly enabled guided pricing strategy for global airfreight bidding and contributed to winning several contracts from shippers, while embedding flexport order management controls into procurement and pricing operations.
