Operational governance was centralized through a maintained policy and procedure handbook, with changes communicated by email and review responsibilities assigned to the operations manager and Director of Operations. The operations manager served as advertising approver, point person for lease ups and staffing, and coordinated training placement and community openings, integrating business functions across property managers, office accountants and engineers.
