Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial ERP Financial Management NCS Group 2022 2023
In 2022, Maas Holdings implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations was deployed as the enterprise ERP Financial backbone to standardize finance and supply chain processing across the group. The implementation delivered a Finance and SCM configuration, with workstreams covering core ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, procurement, inventory control and project accounting tailored to construction workflows. The Business Excellence Program concurrently executed Payroll Implementation, Expense Management System Implementation and Time and Attendance System Implementation to align workforce and pay processes with the new finance ledger. Integrations focused on consolidating master data and transactional flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and the payroll, expense and time keeping systems implemented under the program. Operational coverage spanned the company business units in Construction Materials, Civil Construction & Hire, Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Manufacturing, and impacted finance, supply chain, payroll, human resources and project delivery functions across the organization in Australia. The program was governed through a Business Excellence Program structure, emphasizing business process design, process improvement and project delivery practices. NCS Group served as the SI partner, and project staffing included Business Analysts from February 2022 to July 2023, a Senior Business Analyst from July 2023 to March 2024, and an Operational Excellence Manager from March 2024 onward, supporting rollout governance and business process reengineering.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Supply Chain Management SCM NCS Group 2022 2023
In 2022, Maas Holdings implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management as a core component of a multi-year Business Excellence Program led with implementation partner NCS Group. The initiative explicitly combined D365 ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management scope with parallel deployments of payroll, expense management, and time and attendance systems to centralize operational control across the group. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementation focused on standard Supply Chain Management capabilities aligned to construction and manufacturing workflows, including procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and production planning as part of the Finance and SCM configuration. Configuration work was conducted to support role based access and business process re engineering, with business analysts and project delivery staff embedded from Maas to author process maps and configuration specifications. Deployment architecture followed a cloud first Dynamics 365 model managed with NCS Group, with application configuration and project governance driven from a centralized Business Excellence Program office. The rollout covered Maas Group divisions operating in Construction Materials, Civil Construction and Hire, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and Manufacturing, reflecting cross functional operational scope rather than a single site implementation. Program governance emphasized business process redesign and change management, with internal Operational Excellence and Business Analyst roles sustaining the post go live process ownership. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management was positioned as the enterprise Supply Chain Management backbone for integrated financial and operational record keeping within the Business Excellence Program.
