The project went live around 2024 and integrated campaign orchestration with the reservation engines to shorten the path from marketing touch to confirmed booking. Mabu reported a doubling of conversion rates following the implementation, alongside cited growth in mobile bookings and more efficient reservation handling as primary outcomes.
