In 2019, MacroNet implemented Linnworks Total Commerce to support Retail Management for its device refurbishment and resell operations. The deployment focused on Linnworks Total Commerce inventory management and fulfillment capabilities, used to print product labels, book in incoming lots, scrap items, perform inventory lookups, and assign products to bin locations.
Operational coverage included receiving, repair and testing of phones, computers and tablets from vendors such as Apple, Samsung and LG, handling incoming and outgoing invoices, and processing customer returns, with a supervising team coordinating these workflows. Integrations were implemented with Shipstation and Amazon for outbound shipping and label generation, while returns and scrapping workflows were executed inside Linnworks Total Commerce to maintain stock status and disposition records, supporting receiving, refurbishment, inventory control, order fulfillment and invoicing functions.
