DIA Software Legacy DIA Restaurant Management Restaurant Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Manolya Pastaneleri implemented DIA Restaurant Management to operationalize salon and table management, waiter tracking, self-service ordering and package delivery workflows. DIA Restaurant Management, a Restaurant Management solution, was deployed to unify point of sale transactions and to integrate restaurant transactions into a single accounting and finance system in Turkey, with branch-level POS device printing rules and real-time order lists. The implementation configured core functional modules including salon and table management, waiter tracking, self-service order capture and package delivery order processing, with POS configurations to enforce printing rules across devices. Real-time order lists were enabled to surface active orders for staff and to support order fulfillment workflows, while consolidated reporting capabilities were provisioned to aggregate transactional data across outlets. Integration work focused on posting restaurant transactions into one accounting and finance system in Turkey, preserving a single financial record for sales activity across outlets. Operational coverage included front-of-house operations, delivery operations and finance teams across multiple branches, with POS devices as the primary endpoints for order capture and print routing. As reported in DİA's restaurant references document, the rollout delivered consolidated reporting, real-time order lists and standardized POS printing rules across branches. The narrative centers on system architecture that links branch POS devices to centralized transaction posting and reporting within DIA Restaurant Management.
