In 2016, Mansukh Securities & Finance implemented CQG QTrader across its derivatives and proprietary trading desks. CQG QTrader was adopted as an Analytics and BI application to support trading in equity, commodity and currency instruments, aligning market data analytics with front office execution workflows.
The deployment emphasized market data analytics, real time charting, options analytics for strategy and spread modeling, and integrated order execution and order routing capabilities. Workspaces were configured for traders to monitor multi exchange market depth, run arbitrage scans, and execute futures and options strategies directly from CQG QTrader, while automated alerts and custom studies tracked economic indicators relevant to trading decisions.
CQG QTrader was used to transact and monitor positions across international venues cited by the firm including CME, COMEX, CBOT, LME, SGX and DGCX, as well as domestic exchanges MCX, NSE and BSE. Connectivity relied on CQG exchange gateways and consolidated market data feeds to provide price discovery and trade capture for the proprietary desk and client facing trading teams, with operational coverage centered in the New Delhi trading floor.
Governance focused on desk level workflows, trader permissions and a structured onboarding program where experienced traders provided hands on CQG QTrader training to new employees. Traders and analysts reported using CQG QTrader to apply arbitrage strategies and to help the trading team achieve targets on time, and research teams used the platform to monitor economic indicators that informed execution decisions.
