The implementation combined the isEazy LMS runtime with Author and Skills capabilities to unify course delivery, content authoring, competency mapping and assessment workflows. Configuration prioritized gamified learning paths and personalized learning journeys, with course sequencing, progress tracking and skills tagging used to align training to sales competencies. Rollout covered Colombia and extended across Latin America, centralizing training for more than 2,400 intermediaries and delivering nearly 10,000 hours of product training to date. The implementation impacted commercial functions, product education teams and the intermediary sales channel by consolidating learning assets and standardizing certification and onboarding processes. Governance was organized under the Aul@ MAPFRE content management model, with role based access for administrators, trainers and intermediaries and standardized publication and assessment controls. Reported outcomes include increased personalization and engagement across the sales channel through gamified learning and the accumulation of nearly 10,000 hours of product training, supporting ongoing skills development initiatives.
