Deployments were coordinated from the Maple Leaf Consumer Foods organization, including activity based out of Mississauga ON, with execution across 25 plus production sites.
Governance emphasis centered on establishing CMMS data governance and maintenance planning best practices, coaching and capability building for reliability activities, and embedding Equipment Criticality and Risk Analysis, Preventive Maintenance Optimization, and Maintenance Work Management into standard operating practices.
