Bank reconciliation tasks and execution of BACS payments were part of the same AP workflow, and supplier statement reconciliation was performed as a control activity tied to those modules. Operational scope was centered on the finance and procurement functions at the Peterborough location, covering supplier onboarding, supplier account governance, and day to day payment processing. Process governance was exercised through transaction-level reconciliation and payment runs performed by the Accounts Clerk, aligning CDK Global Service purchase ledger workflows with the organizations accounts payable processes.
