In 2018 Marypaz implemented Tier1 Attractor ERP as a platform-level initiative to consolidate its retail financial operations. The Tier1 Attractor ERP deployment is categorized as ERP Financial and was paired with Comerzzia Full Edition to create a unified financial and retail back office supporting multi-currency and multi-language operations.
The implementation configured Tier1 Attractor ERP to manage the companys complex economic and financial structure, including modules for purchase and sales analysis, management of national and international suppliers, and centralized accounting workflows. The solution also incorporated a Workforce Management module to handle shift scheduling, vacations, objectives, and incentives for the companys more than 1500 employees.
Attractor ERP was integrated operationally with Comerzzia to provide a cloud-adapted back office and a flexible communications architecture, enabling reduced communication costs and faster store commissioning. The combined architecture was configured to support Marypazs network of 426 establishments across three continents and over 500 point of sale endpoints, with capabilities aligned to both owned and franchised store models.
Governance and operational coverage were centralized, moving HR, supplier management, procurement analysis, and finance into coordinated workflows and shared data models. Rollout emphasized agility in decision making and execution, enabling standardized processes for international expansion while preserving multi-country currency and language settings.
The implementation delivered the explicit outcome of providing reliable, on-time information across finance, purchasing, sales, supplier management, store operations, and workforce administration, and it materially supported agility in new store startups and international growth while reducing communication costs.

In 2022 Marypaz moved its backoffice to Comerzzia's cloud-hosted platform and deployed Comerzzia POS as the retailer's Point Of Sale solution across its store network in Spain. The implementation centralized store management functions into a cloud backoffice, aligning transaction processing and central administration under the Comerzzia POS application.
The deployment used a central backoffice and central POS configuration, inferred from the case study details. Comerzzia POS provided core Point Of Sale capabilities including store transaction routing, centralized catalog and price updates, and consolidated backoffice reporting and administration, enabling consistent merchandising and pricing controls across stores.
Operationally the rollout linked store-level POS terminals to the cloud-hosted backoffice, reducing the need for dispersed local support and simplifying communication paths between stores and central teams. The program covered Marypaz retail operations in Spain and shifted operational responsibility for POS configuration and support to the Comerzzia cloud platform.
Governance was adjusted to a centralized model, standardizing workflows for store openings, price changes, and support escalation through the Comerzzia POS backoffice. The case notes that centralizing management and support on Comerzzia's platform reduced communication and support costs by up to five times, reflecting measurable cost consolidation tied to the Point Of Sale and backoffice centralization.
