In 2017, Masawara Zimbabwe deployed SSP Pure Insurance as an Insurance ERP across its insurance subsidiaries, including Botswana Insurance Company Limited, Lion Assurance Company Limited and Zimnat Lion Insurance, with the rollout reported as live in 2017. The implementation covered multiple African territories and centralized core insurance processing across the group to standardize transactional and reporting flows.
Masawara implemented SSP Pure Insurance to deliver policy administration, finance, claims, reinsurance and MI/BI reporting capabilities. The program included web-based employee and broker portals to enable e-trading and front-end servicing, aligning distribution and servicing channels with back-office processing.
