Operational scope centered on the Development Department in Boston, with the Assistant Director of Development acting as the primary liaison to technical database consultants and other MHS colleagues. The rollout included intern and volunteer training and supervision to support day to day use and data entry. Governance activities focused on establishing protocols for constituent record consistency, relationship tracking, report production, and process documentation to preserve data integrity during and after the migration from Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT. Blackbaud Altru was positioned as the institutional membership and events CRM, with documented workflows and role based responsibilities to sustain Membership Management and related development operations.
