UI and workflow adjustments were managed via OAF and PL/SQL customizations to align technician workflows, entitlement checks and dispatch rules with established service policies.
The technical stack was hosted on the Oracle Applications stack running on UNIX, with reporting and operational batch jobs maintained through Oracle Reports, SQL Loader and shell scripts.
