| Peloton | Legacy | Peloton Wellview | Drilling Operations Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Maverick Natural Resources implemented Peloton Wellview, a Drilling Operations Management application. The deployment was scoped to support company-wide drilling and workover reporting workflows and to centralize well lifecycle data capture across upstream operations.
Configuration emphasized drilling and workover reporting modules, structured well status and run ticket capture, and well control data ingestion consistent with Drilling Operations Management functional requirements. Peloton Wellview was configured with standardized well identifiers, data validation rules and template-driven field data capture to improve data consistency for drilling and completion events.
Integrations were developed into the broader production reporting, marketing and accounting technology stack used by Maverick Natural Resources. The program included SQL-based integration scripts to synchronize master data and operational records, explicitly aligning run tickets, accruals, well status, working interest, net revenue interest and allocated volumes across production reporting and accounting systems. Peloton Wellview was instrumented to exchange drilling records and operational events with enterprise production reporting workflows.
Governance and rollout leveraged centralized data stewardship and cross-functional teams that linked operations, production reporting and marketing, combined with training and operational support through the production reporting organization. Process changes introduced standardized submission and approval tracking for regulatory and reporting workflows and master data synchronization routines to maintain consistent WI and NRI alignment between drilling operations and financial reporting.

| IFS | Legacy | IFS Merrick – Carte (formerly P2 Carte) | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Maverick Natural Resources implemented IFS Merrick, Carte (formerly P2 Carte) as an Analytics and BI application to centralize production and marketing analytics across operations. The deployment focused on company wide product marketing and volume reporting, aligning production reporting for more than 12,000 wells across 11 states and revenue workflows supporting over $600 million in annual product sales.
IFS Merrick, Carte was configured to deliver core Analytics and BI capabilities including volumetric reporting, scheduling and invoicing workflows, available for sale and revenue forecasting, accrual calculations, and market analysis. The implementation included automation of run ticket ingestion, volume accrual processes, master data synchronization for well status, working interest and net revenue interest, and SQL based ETL scripts to harmonize production, marketing and accounting data.
Integrations linked Carte to existing operations and engineering systems explicitly documented in internal records, including ProCount production reporting and EMK3 settlement tools, as well as EVIN, DSS, OFM, WellView, Avocet, Production Access, Xspoc, Petro beacon, Petra, and Kingdom for upstream and commercial data feeds. Operational coverage encompassed production reporting, partner reporting, state and federal regulatory submissions, weekly management reporting, volume reconciliation, and partner volume accounting across commercialization, production and accounting functions.
Governance instituted cross functional teams and a SharePoint driven regulatory submission tracking process to increase transparency and accountability across the revenue recognition workflow. Project notes record consolidation outcomes where production systems were reduced from three to one and reference a prior ProCount rollout for thousands of wells delivered on an accelerated schedule and reported at 30 percent under budget, establishing a centralized Analytics and BI foundation.
