In 2021, Mavi implemented Google Pay as its Payment Processing solution on its website, adding a consumer-facing checkout option for card and mobile wallet transactions. The deployment is focused on the e-commerce checkout flow of Mavi's public website, where Google Pay is exposed as a payment button and integrated into the browser and mobile payment experience.
The implementation uses Google Pay integration patterns common to Payment Processing, including client-side payment request integration and tokenized card transactions routed to the merchant payment backend. Google Pay provides wallet-based authorization and tokenization capabilities, and the integration is configured to produce payment tokens that the site forwards to Mavi's payment processing infrastructure for authorization and settlement.
Operational ownership sits with e-commerce and payments teams, with finance and operations involved for reconciliation and merchant configuration. Rollout required coordinated updates to checkout UI, merchant account configuration, and server-side token handling, and ongoing governance covers payment method maintenance and fraud monitoring tied to the website checkout environment.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP HCM Payroll | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2014 |
In 2013, Mavi implemented SAP HCM Payroll to centralize payroll processing across its Turkey operations. The SAP HCM Payroll deployment served the retail organization with approximately 4,060 employees, positioning Payroll as the authoritative system for compensation calculation, statutory deductions, and payroll accounting.
Configuration work centered on the core payroll engine, payroll schemas and rules, statutory tax and social security calculations, payroll posting and payment file generation, and payroll reporting. SAP HCM Payroll was configured to manage employee master data, pay components, accruals, off cycle payments, and payroll period close workflows, reflecting standard Payroll functional scope.
The implementation included ERP integration work consistent with Mavi IT roadmap activity, with interfaces to post payroll results into the finance ledger and to generate bank payment files for disbursements, leveraging prior ERP integration patterns with multiple banks. Time and attendance data feeds were provisioned to ensure working time and absence information flowed into SAP HCM Payroll for accurate gross to net calculations.
Governance and operationalization established payroll calendars, role based access controls, and reconciliation workflows to coordinate HR, payroll operations, and finance. SAP HCM Payroll was instrumented for statutory reporting and audit controls to meet Turkish payroll compliance requirements.
