In 2010, Mayfran implemented Bridgeline OrchestraCMS as its Web Content Management solution to manage and publish content for its corporate website. The deployment established a centralized content platform for the Netherlands based manufacturing company with approximately 150 employees, consolidating site management into a single application layer.
The implementation focused on core Web Content Management capabilities, including role based authoring and editorial workflows, template driven page rendering, content scheduling and publishing, and digital asset management for technical documents and product imagery. Configuration emphasized structured content and metadata to support product pages and service descriptions, with templating used to enforce consistent navigation and page layout across sections. The Bridgeline OrchestraCMS implementation included administrative controls for user permissions and staged content environments to separate authoring from production publishing.
Operational ownership was concentrated in marketing and product management teams, who used Bridgeline OrchestraCMS to coordinate content updates and approvals across site sections. Governance practices introduced content approval workflows, publication scheduling, and version control to manage updates to product collateral and technical pages. The implementation was scoped to power the public facing website and to provide a unified authoring interface for ongoing web content operations.
