Scope and Challenges
P6 has grown significantly throughout its use for the company. The evolution of the product to be an enterprise-wide solution has really taken them to a new level of capacity with the tool.
Resource management across projects its huge, to be able to take a single trade, a single resource, subcontractor and analyze how their work has staked up across multiple projects. This is something we were not been able to do before P6 and it has been a really differential for us in terms of managings subs who might be struggling and making sure that we're not overburdening them.
Outcome and Implications
The reflection process that's within P6, using in it on a monthly basis without project team and being able to involve other people and give status from different teams on the job site. And then haven't damaged the master schedule, been able to evaluate it before it comes in, that was an absolutely massive win.
