Governance and adoption were addressed through documented procedures and onsite training, with staff trained on the combined Vista and HCSS HeavyBid workflows and reporting processes. The project explicitly improved company processes by making Vista part of daily operations and standardizing reporting between Vista and HCSS HeavyBid.
