In 2018 Megasan Turkey deployed UyumCRM, the CRM module delivered as part of Uyumsoft's web ERP suite, to centralize customer data and support commercial operations across its Turkish sites. Uyumsoft's customer page explicitly lists CRM Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi among the implemented modules for Megasan, and the deployment focused on streamlining sales, quotations and B2B e-commerce processes.
The UyumCRM implementation configured customer master records, quotation generation workflows and B2B order flows to align sales execution with manufacturing commercial processes.
