For TIRR Memorial Hermann the implementation automated referral handling and introduced workflow automation to centralize referral communications and onboarding steps.
Integrations explicitly included the enterprise content management system, Eventix as the event management component, and referral management software feeding the TIRR solution center, all coordinated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
