In 2024, Mental Helse implemented Winorg Total Trade Union as its CRM to consolidate member, donor and volunteer management workflows. The deployment focused on core CRM modules for membership lifecycle management, donor and gift tracking, volunteer coordination and case note capture, and included payment integrations with eFaktura and Vipps to support transactions across Norway.
The solution was scheduled to go live on 28 August 2024 and is organized to standardize follow up of members, givers and volunteers across operational sites in Norway, aligning membership, fundraising and volunteer coordination in a single CRM platform. Winorg Total Trade Union governance emphasized CRM data stewardship and process standardization to support outreach and retention workflows, and the organisation described the implementation as improving member, giver and volunteer follow up.
