In 2018, Menzies Group Australia implemented Inzenius Time and Attendance. The suite was provisioned to support client-facing KPI dashboards and proof-of-service reporting, enabling contract and service evidence to be surfaced for account management and client operations without introducing new named integrations.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with centralized template governance, defined approval authorities and audit logging to support regulatory and client compliance requirements. The Australia rollout was organized to standardize contract and service reporting practices across sites, and to create a single source of truth for contract terms, payroll reconciliation and quality audit records.
